Getting Upstream of Conflict
TRAINING COURSE Getting Upstream of Conflict
TOPIC Personal Development
SUB-TOPIC Communication, Conflict
COURSE DESCRIPTION
In line with Eph. 4.29, the goal of this training is to develop our ability to use helpful words, rather than harmful words, in the conversations we have with our team members. We will practice a 4-step communication process commonly known as Non-violent Communication (NVC). Some authors call it Compassionate Communication or Compassionate Connecting. We’ll use the term NVC to make it easy for you to search for more information on the internet, if you would like.
